The Sushi Bar is a Japanese inspired restaurant with an extensive menu of both sushi and hot dishes. The Sushi Bar is independently owned and run by two young Cestrians who have a passion to bring something different and exciting to Chester.

The Sushi Bar can be found on Bridge Street in a building which the owners lovingly restored from its derelict state and which boasts magnificent 11th century arches.

Many may find the concept of the sushi bar slightly daunting before their first visit but our friendly staff are on hand to assist you we promise that it couldn’t be simpler. The Sushi Bar is a livestyle brand without attitude or snobbiness, there are no rules to eating in the restaurant and no Japanese etiquette to follow, feel free to use your hands for sushi, it is after all finger food - and don't worry we have knives and forks on offer too!
